Chinese Vegetarian Recipe - Sweet and Sour Chinese Cabbage
- 1 ½ lbs. Chinese cabbage (Bai Cai), cut into 1 ½ x 3 in. pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 chili pepper
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- Heat the olive oil in a non-stick stir fly pan, add chili pepper, stir for 30 seconds, add garlic and Chinese cabbage, stir-fly for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Add sugar, salt, vinegar, stir for 30 seconds to mix well. Remove and serve
Timing:5 minutes to prepare the ingredients, 5 minutes to cook.
Taste: light, sweet and sour flavor.
